To help us deliver the most thorough and efficient service possible, please review these recommendations before your scheduled move-in or move-out cleaning:

Ensure the home is empty: Please remove all boxes, bags, and personal belongings so our team can clean every corner without obstruction.

Avoid overlapping with other services: Schedule movers, repairs, or other contractors on a different day. This prevents delays, accidents, or interference during cleaning.

Keep power and water on: Our equipment (vacuums, mops, etc.) requires both electricity and running water. Please do not shut off utilities until after the cleaning is complete.

If moving in, confirm that water and power are functioning at the new residence prior to the cleaning date.

No furniture is preferred: While we can clean around remaining items, we recommend the space be completely empty for best results.

Schedule ahead of your deadline: If you have a move-out inspection, closing, or tenant turnover, book your cleaning a few days in advance in case touch-ups or extra time are needed

Do I need to be present during the service?
Not at all — just make sure we have access and clear instructions. -
Is this a flat-rate or hourly service?
Most move-in/out cleanings are billed hourly, as every property is unique. We can give you an estimate based on square footage and condition. -
Do I need to provide anything?
Nope! We bring all our own cleaning supplies and tools. -
Can I combine this with other services?
